While ChatGPT has some pretty incredible capabilities to help create content and regurgitate what has already been created on the web in one form or another. One thing that it will have a hard time with is understanding the WHY behind human behaviors and decisions. Human nature is extremely complex and has emotions such as anger, greed, compassion, empathy, and fear. Humans also tend sometimes to be irrational and illogical. In buying, it is almost impossible for us to take emotions out of the experience, something AI will struggle with to meet the needs of the human buyer.


AI will make the mundane parts of our Sales job easier allowing us to focus more on the human buying experience. Want to beat your competition? Focus on that!
